For framing this original mixed media painting by Bronx based artist Layer Cake / Sean Sullivan, our client chose a gallery white hardwood frame with Museum Glass. The benefits of Museum Glass provide 99% UV Protection with Anti Reflection for the best viewing clarity and protection from light damage over time.
We floated this artwork on paper using archival and pH neutral Japanese paper and rice paste hinging techniques. This allows the paper to appear floating on archival mattboard underneath. Our archival hinging and framing methods are completely reversible and damage-free, should the owner wish to change the style of framing in the future.
