We recently had the pleasure to frame the beautiful work by Bettina Vaz Guimarães. She composed simple geometric forms using very bold colors. We decided to float the work over a simple white Rising museum mat. The frame was built using the white washed Italian moulding from our Rivington Medium Shadow Boxes. Also, we added spacers to recess the piece giving it more space and topped up with Tru Vue Conservation Clear Glass. The result was a minimalistic frame that allow protagonist to the painting.
If you have any question about framing, feel free to email or call us at 347-705-0081. If you live in NYC, we would love to have you come to our frame shop at THE CLEMENTE . 107 Suffolk Street, Studio 303 New York, NY 10002
